The hotel's connection to a vibrant shopping mall and a variety of dining options made my stay incredibly enjoyable, especially the fresh sushi.
Unfortunately, the breakfast selection could have been expanded beyond the traditional offerings—some more Western options would have been appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay in a Standard Twin Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights. The duty manager went out of her way to help us find a special restaurant for my birthday and even arranged a surprise dessert! Awesome location too, right by everything. Highly recommended! 🎉

Is it hype or the real deal?
Direct access to the station was incredible making my travels easy the nearby mall offered fantastic dining options and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
The laundry facilities were somewhat lacking and it would have been helpful to have clearer signage for newcomers trying to navigate the area.

Laundry machines could use improvement on drying time!!! Directional signage to the station could have been clearer to avoid confusion!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially its central location, which allowed us easy access to shopping and dining. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My kids loved the spacious triple room, which provided plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably.
In my wife's opinion, the laundry facility’s drying capabilities need improvement.

Comfortable stay with great local dining
I had an enjoyable stay for 2 nights in a spacious corner room, which was bright and perfect for relaxing after a long journey. It was connected to a shopping mall full of dining options, where I experienced authentic local meals that really showcased the Japanese culinary scene. The train station was just a short walk away, making my travel very convenient. However, I felt that Akita itself didn't offer enough tourist attractions for a longer visit.

Direct access to the station made commuting hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the experience. Connecting to a shopping mall was a plus for dining options. However, the laundry facilities could use improvements in drying time, and clearer signage to the station would be helpful for newcomers planning their trip.

Family with children convenience
I stayed with my family and the first thing we loved was the room, it had three beds with space to spare, which is rare. The hotel was super close to the train station, making it easy to get around.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
